Fire Damages Lilburn Home Tuesday Morning
The blaze, was reported at about 8:59 a.m. Tuesday and was reportedly started when a dryer caught fire.

LILBURN, GA — Gwinnett County firefighters were on the scene of a house fire in Lilburn on Tuesday morning.
Crews were called at 8:59 a.m. to the fire in the 800 block of Guinevere Way in Lilburn. The caller to 911 reported that a dryer was on fire.
Firefighters found the two-story house involved in flames upon their arrival. They were able to bring the flames under control and were working Tuesday morning to completely extinguish hot spots.

There was heavy damage to the home, but no injuries were reported. There was no word by mid-morning Tuesday on the cause of the fire, which remained under investigation.
