Gwinnett Transit Referendum Public Education Meetings Slated
Residents and business owners are encouraged to attend to learn how the potential transit plan will affect the Gwinnett community.

GWINNETT COUNTY, GA – The Lilburn Community Improvement District will co-host three neighborhood meetings on Monday, Feb. 25, Wednesday, Feb. 27 and Thursday, Feb. 28 to discuss and educate the community about the March 19 vote on the Gwinnett Transit Referendum. There will be representatives from Gwinnett County and MARTA in attendance to answer questions. Residents, business owners and employees are encouraged to attend to learn how the potential transit plan will affect the Gwinnett community.
The events are free of charge and open to the public.
The Lilburn CID is a self-taxing non-government agency designed to improve the community by bettering businesses and attracting growth through safety, road improvements and beautification. LCID rises to meet the challenges of the current economic climate with the support of businesses and political leaders. The ultimate goal – for every commercial property to reach its highest and best use.
