Rodney Ballard, of Lilburn, graduated from UGA in 2012.

The alumni association of University of Georgia (UGA) has named a Lilburn business leader to its 2013 list of "40 under 40."

Rodney Bullard, of Lilburn, is among those being recognized. He graduated from UGA in 2012, and is the current executive director at the Chick-fil-A Foundation, according to a UGA press release.

Ballard, and the others selected, will be honored during an awards luncheon Sept. 19 at the Georgia Aquarium.

The 40 alumni chosen came from a pool of about 500 graduates. They were evaluated based on their commitment to UGA, leadership, and philanthropy, among other things.
