Lilburn Real Estate Market Update, May

How is the Lilburn real estate market doing? Prudential Georgia gives an update.

Many things are unchanged in the Lilburn-Snellville real estate market since April but this also suggests the market is turning around.

According to Prudential Georgia's May report, listings are still down, which means there are fewer homes on the market to chose from. That's good news for sellers, but not-so-good news for buyers.

Additionally, the median listing price was $60,000 more than in May of last year -- from $124,900 to $184,900.
