Children's Healthcare Hosts Cobb Rehab Fun Day
Families attended to show support for their children.
Children's Healthcare of Atlanta today hosted Rehab Fun Day at its Marietta facility.
Laura and Jefferson Hoffman of Marietta were at the event to show their support for daughter Stella, a patient at the Cobb Rehab Facility for the past 2½ years.
Stella, 4, was born with partial agenesis of the corpus callosum, which resulted in developmental delays. Each week, she undergoes physical, occupational and speech therapy at Children's, which is at 1371 Church St. Extension.
"Everybody knows Stella," Laura Hoffman said. "She has three therapists but everyone knows her name showing us that they care about Stella and her progress."
