Cobb Shopping Center Bought For $87M

MARIETTA, GA — Ohio-based real estate firm White Oak Partners LLC recently bought a Cobb County shopping center for a hefty price tag, adding it to its growing list of owned properties in metro Atlanta.

Cobb County property deeds show White Oak Partners purchased the Terrell Mill Village shopping plaza for $87 million from Vista Realty Partners, according to the Atlanta Business Chronicle. The deal closed April 29 and was financed with a $53 million, five-year loan with U.S. Bank., the Chronicle reported.

White Oak Partners also purchased another property outside Atlanta's central business district in 2020: Solis Parkview, a mixed-use property in Chamblee, according to the Chronicle.

Terrell Mill Village is anchored by LA Fitness and is located at 1453 Terrell Mill Road in Marietta. The Shopping Center Group has managed the property.
