COBB COUNTY — Even with stores like Kroger in Atlanta limiting how many items shoppers can purchase at a time, it has still been difficult for people to find what they need. There’s a new initiative that’s making it easier for people to shop.

Cobb County launched a website that allows users to take an anonymous survey sharing what was available at the grocery store and where they shopped.

The information is used in an online county map system. It shows shoppers what’s in stock and what’s not. Reports from the last 24 hours are shown for paper goods, breads and grains, produce and meat. There’s even a crowd report.
