Free Summer Meals Available For Children In Cobb County
Starting Monday, Cobb County Schools and Marietta City Schools will offer free meals for children and youth in the county this summer.
COBB COUNTY, GA — Even though school is out for the summer, children and youth in Cobb County can still get free meals from Cobb County School District and Marietta City Schools this summer.
Beginning Monday, the two districts will offer free breakfast and lunch to children and youth age 18 and younger in June and July. You do not have to meet a specific income threshold or register in order to get meals.
CCSD will give out weekly meal kits from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. each Wednesday through July 21 at Clarkdale, Clay Harmony Leland and King Springs elementary schools; Daniell and Smitha middle schools; and North Cobb High School.

MCS will provide daily meal options in addition to enough breakfast and lunch meal kits for seven days. You can find the 20 meal locations and their respective hours of operation on the district's website. Note: locations marked with an asterisk show which locations offer the seven-day meal packages.
