Georgia Weather Forecast: After Storms, How Warm Will It Get?

After some rainy days, will we get to go out and enjoy springtime this weekend? Take a look at metro Atlanta's forecast.

ATLANTA, GA — After some thunderstorms — but thankfully no reported tornadoes — rolled through metro Atlanta on Thursday, we can all look forward to some sunny days and warmer weather for the last weekend of April.

There was some patchy fog in the forecast for Friday morning as the last remains of the storms work their way out of north Georgia. But, after that, the National Weather Service says we'll have clear skies all the way through to Monday.

The temperatures are going to be pretty great, too. There's a forecast high of 72 on Friday, with Friday night's low only getting down to 58. It could get all the way up to 75 on Saturday, the weather service says, and flirt with 70 again on Sunday.
