Marietta-based Jim Chapman Communities, metro Atlanta’s premier 55+ homebuilder, has won three OBIE Awards from the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (GAHBA). GAHBA presents the annual awards each November to recognize outstanding building, remodeling, marketing and personal achievement in the new home construction industry.
