Police received a report about Sanai on Wednesday after attempts to contact Horton failed. A warrant was issued for his arrest on a charge of interference with custody.
Horton, 29, is about 6-foot-6 with a thin build and chin-length braids. He was wearing a green-and-white T-shirt, tan pants, white shoes, and a green-and-gray baseball cap Saturday. He was driving a silver 2004 Mercury Marauder with Georgia license plate BNT-6199.
Sanai is about 32 inches tall and weighs 20 to 30 pounds. She had braided hair with white beads on the tips and was wearing a SpongeBob SquarePants T-shirt Saturday.
Police ask that if you see Horton or Sanai, call 911.
