Warrant: Harley-Davidson Paid for with Bad Check
A Smyrna man is wanted on a charge of deposit account fraud.

A Smyrna man allegedly drove away from a Harley-Davidson dealership with a motorcycle that he paid for with a bad check.
Anthony McClean presented a $6,400 check to Earl Small's Harley-Davidson in Marietta "knowing that said check would not be honored ... due to insufficient funds," according to an arrest warrant.
McClean faces a charge of deposit account fraud.
