$12M Will Renovate Midtown Office Space
Developers plan to convert the building into a modern design that could see tenants earn tax breaks for taking up shop there.

MIDTOWN, GA -- Developers are looking to convert a building on West Peachtree Street into top-dollar and state-of-the-art office space, according to a report.
Parkside Partners plans to spend $12 million to renovate the 40,000 sq. ft. at 1280 West Peachtree into ”16th Station,” a Class-A office building with exposed brick and concrete beams, huge windows, and a rooftop terrace among other amenities, REBusiness Online says.

The new office sits in the Midtown Opportunity Zone, the outlet reports, meaning tenants who take up shop there can earn credits of $3,500 for each new job they create for five years.
16th Station should be open for business early in 2017, according to REBusiness Online.
