12th & Midtown Tower Project Proceeding

Construction continues on 77 12^th, the third phase of the 12^th & Midtown master plan.

That part of the project is a 23-story, mixed-use tower comprised of 20,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space on the ground level and 330 high-end one- and two-bedroom apartments above.

The property's initial opening of the sixth through ninth floors is scheduled for May 2013 and the anticipated completion of remaining floors and clubhouse amenities by October 2013.
