Chef Lineup For Southern Wing Showdown Announced

ATLANTA — The chef lineup for the 4th annual Springer Mountain Farms Southern Wing Showdown has been announced. The summer festival celebrates unique takes on the Southern staple and will be held on Sunday, August 25 at The Fairmont in West Midtown. Sponsored by Springer Mountain Farms and Big Green Egg and produced by Taste of Atlanta, the event will feature creative talent from around 30 prominent Southeastern chefs from Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
