According to WSB-TV, Price had owned and operated Ann’s Snack Bar since 1971. The snack bar was a favorite not only for its delicious offerings, but for its idiosyncratic guidelines and rules, which included no swearing, no standing at the counter if seats were available, and no leaning on the counter.

Price’s signature creation was the “Ghetto Burger,” a double cheeseburger with grilled onions, bacon, ketchup, chili, and mustard. In 2007, the Wall Street Journal named the Ghetto Burger the best burger on Earth, according to WSB-TV.
