Developer Plans '975 at the Park'

A developer is planning a small number of single-family town homes on Piedmont near 10th Street, a project called "975 at The Park." 

According to Bisnow and also reported by Curbed, the price point for the homes, a work of Fierman Development, will start around $700,000. The delivery for the town homes is late 2014, Bisnow's article states.
