Is Tivoli Planning Development Project at 13th Street?

Atlanta-based Tivoli Properties, the development company behind the Tenside Apartments, may be looking to build an apartment tower of 252 units on 13th Street, between Juniper Street and Piedmont Avenue.

Tivoli did not return telephone calls seeking comment Friday, but Bisnow.com reported the company may be reviving an earlier plan that it shelved in 2008 for a multi-family project.

Tivoli's other projects include the Hampton Island Preserve off the Georgia Coast, the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Atlanta and the DUO condominiums in Castleberry Hill.
