Michael Bull Gives His Take on Midtown Commercial Market

After a few years of a hard market in the commercial real estate space, there's noticeable uptick in activity as several new projects have come online and several more are in the planning stages.

Among them:

• The 23-story planned tower for the Centergy complex.
• The office tower at 12th and West Peachtree streets.
• The 17-story high-rise on Spring Street.
• The luxury high-rise at Peachtree and 7th streets.

Midtown Patch sat down recently with Michael Bull, the prinicpal and managing broker of Bull Realty, to discuss changes in the Midtown and Buckhead commercial corridors and how the commercial real estate business is shaping up in 2013.
