Midtown Hotel Project Still On Schedule
Despite the pandemic, a new 14-story hotel is still slated to open next summer.
MIDTOWN, GA — A Midtown hotel project is still in the works, despite the coronavirus pandemic. The 14-story hotel broke ground in June 2019 and has been on schedule, reported Atlanta In Town.
Located at the corner of Peachtree Street and Ponce de Leon Avenue, the hotel will combine the Courtyard by Marriott and Element by Westin brands.
According to Noble Investment Group, the Courtyard’s 158 rooms will have “smart, casual decor,” while the Element’s 124 suites will be nature-inspired spaces with fully-equipped kitchens and spa-inspired bathrooms.
