MIDTOWN, GA — Craving something sweet before starting the day? You’re in luck. Friday is National Donut Day and Dunkin' is offering customers in Midtown and across the country a free classic donut of their choice with the purchase of any beverage.
Dunkin's special offer on National Donut Day will take place at participating locations while supplies last. Grubhub is also offering a free half-dozen donuts on Dunkin' orders of $10 or more on Saturday and Sunday.

National Donut Day was established in 1938 by the Chicago Salvation Army to honor women who served donuts to soldiers during World War I. The day is traditionally celebrated on the first Friday of June.
