New Office Building Coming to Atlantic Station

ATLANTA, GA -- A long-vacant plot at the western end of the 17th Street bridge may soon be home to a new office building.

The site, which was recently purchased by Hines, will house two office buildings designed to resemble converted loft spaces, reports the Atlanta Business Chronicle.

Hines is also developing another office building about three blocks away called T3.

The two buildings will sit on the 2.3-acre site and contain up to 500,000 square feet of office space at about nine or 10 stories each.
