New Sauna Studio, SweatHouz, Opens In Midtown

MIDTOWN, GA — A new sauna studio opened this week in Midtown. SweatHouz Midtown joins its Vinings and Sandy Springs sister locations. A Buckhead studio is coming soon, announced Legacy Franchise Partners.

The new studio is located at 1080 Peachtree Street NE, Suite 13C, Atlanta. SweatHouz is an infrared sauna studio that delivers wellness to the mind and body in luxurious spa-like experience and facilities, according to studio owners.

Members enjoy a one hour getaway in a private suite for a 45 minute sweat and 15 minute shower designed to rehydrate and tone skin post sweat. Regular sessions take place in an individual suite with its own sauna and private Vitamin C rain shower. During any session, guests can choose Chromotherapy by selecting a lighting color which stimulates senses and positive emotions. They can also listen to music or watch Netflix.

The company says that the health benefits are “endless” and include detox, recovery, healthier skin, a stronger immune system and weight loss. Burn up to 600 calories per session.

Due to COVID-19 concerns, there is a touchless check-in and private suites are deeply sanitized. Staggering appointments will ensure that only a limited amount of clients are in the studio at any given time. The studio says that raising the core body temperature through the use of an infrared sauna can assist the body to kill bacteria, fungi, parasites and viruses.
