Now Open At Atlantic Station: Salata In Midtown

Fast-casual eatery restaurant Salata recently opened in the old Moe's space at Atlantic Station in Midtown.

ATLANTA, GA -- The newest restaurant in Midtown's Atlantic Station is the popular salad bar concept, Salata. And it's good. The eatery opened Sept. 21 in the quarters vacated by Moe's, who closed down in mid-January.

Dallas-based Henry Investment Group recently announced that Salata was making a major investment in the area, opening 20 restaurants in the Atlanta market over the next few years. The salad bar concept joins other fast-casual restaurants who have entered metro Atlanta in the new year, including Teriyaki Madness in Marietta and Old Fourth Ward's Makimono in Krog Street Market.

Atlantic Station's dining options have been somewhat in a flux lately. The venerable New Orleans-flavored Copeland's Bistro shut its doors earlier this year.
