Permit Filed for New, 22-Story Midtown Office Tower
Cousins Properties wants to build the $200 million complex at Spring Street and the connector.
Ground may be broken as soon as December on a new, 22-story office tower in Midtown.
Cousins Properties has filed permits with the city of Atlanta on the project, called Spring @ 8, reports Bisnow. The project will include 533,000 square feet of office space and more than 1,000 parking spaces at a cost of $200 million.
Spring @8 will be located between Spring Street and the downtown connector, according to Curbed Atlanta.
