Reminder: Midtown Apartment Groundbreaking Tomorrow

Construction on a new luxury apartment tower overlooking Piedmont Park in Midtown will begin this week when the official groundbreaking ceremony takes place.

According to Atlanta InTown, the groundbreaking for the 25-story, 245 unit YOO on the Park will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday at 207 13th St.

Trillist, who is developing YOO in the Park, says the tower will serve as an “ extension of the park itself,” with greenery, state of the art technology, and a swanky style which will fit right in with the neighborhood.
