Usher Seeks Second Restraining Order Against Woman in Fulton County
Singer Usher is asking the Fulton County Superior Court to grant a restraining order against a woman who allegedly stalked him for years.

Grammy award-winning singer Usher has sought a restraining order with the Fulton County Superior Court against a woman he says stalked, threatened and and attempted to extort money from him.
Usher Raymond IV filed a petition asking the court to prevent Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw from harassing him at his home as well as on tour, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
Fulton County Superior Court granted Usher a 12-month protective order against Jones-Rakestraw in 2012 after she was arrested for trespassing at his Johns Creek home. Jones-Rakestraw was later ordered to undergo a psychiatric evaluation and spend 20 days in the Fulton County jail, the petition states.
