Uzi-Toting Midtown Burglars Sought By Police
After burglarizing a Midtown condo, the suspects then robbed a concierge at gunpoint.

ATLANTA -- Police are searching for two burglary suspects who they said robbed a concierge at gunpoint using an Uzi. Last month, police said the suspect broke into a unit at The Plaza Midtown, located at 44 Peachtree Place. When the suspects were confronted by the building's concierge during the crime, police said they pointed an Uzi at the man and took his cellphone.
Over the weekend, police released surveillance images of the suspects. One of them is described as wearing a black or grey hat, white t-shirt and denim-type pants. The second suspect is wearing a lime green hat, black shirt and black pants.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 404-577-TIPS (8477) or online at www.StopCrimeATL.com. Persons do not have to give their name or any identifying information to be eligible for a cash reward.
