Primary responsibilities include: receive and direct incoming telephone calls for our 80+ person team through intelligent switchboard management, control and coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and parcels and maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies. This position requires an individual that maintains a neat workspace, is well organized and has an upbeat/cheerful personality and conveys that consistently through their communication with our clients and staff.
