Ansley's Panera Bread Rises From '67' to '96' on Health Scores

The Panera Bread in the Ansley Mall shopping center scored a 67 on Monday, April 1 with a pair of violations that are risk factors for foodborne illness. The establishment bounced back with an inspection score of 96 three days later.
