3 Barrels of Anchor Bolts Stolen from School Construction Site

Activity date: June 12, 2015 – June 14, 2015
Zone 1
Found Property – A red, Generac wheelhouse generator was located on Amber Hills Dr. Generator retrieved by Walton County deputy and put into evidence for safekeeping.
A red, wheelhouse generator was later reported stolen. Subject was advised the generator was recovered and was advised on how to obtain the generator.
Damage to Property – A brick post at a residence on St. Regis Dr. was damaged between 10:00 p.m. on 06/12/15 and 9:00 a.m. on 06/13/15.
Zone 2
Accident – An accident occurred on Frost Rd. and Hwy 11. Robert Willett was arrested for DUI and Failure to Maintain Lane as a result of the accident. Walton County Sheriff’s Office handled the accident.
Zone 3
Entering Auto – Two vehicles were entered on Evergreen Dr. in Clearwater Estates between 3:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. $100 in cash and seven packs of cigarettes were taken.
Suspicious Vehicle – Four wheelers reportedly in the roadway on Clearwater Way in Clearwater Estates. Area checked. No contact.
Extra Patrol – An older, white male is reportedly knocking on the doors to a residence on Old Monroe Madison Hwy asking about land. Subject has been to residence twice in two days. Subject reportedly driving an older model, gray, compact truck with a dealer tag. Dealer tag says BLACK. This usually takes place in the early morning hours.
Suspicious Person – Subject at a residence on Brentwood Blvd. in Brentwood Subdivision reports a black male attempted to fight with him after he refused to give him a ride. Black male was gone upon deputies arrival.
Discharging Firearms – Subject at a residence on Frost Rd. reported her juvenile daughters had been involved in a fight in the area of Vine St. in Monroe with several black juvenile males and females reportedly from Winder, GA. A firearm was reportedly discharged into the air during the incident. Suspects unknown and family was uncooperative with deputies.
911 Hang up – A 911 hang up call was traced to a residence on Brook Lane in Crystal Brook Subdivision. All lights were off in the residence and it appeared no one was home.
Prowler – Subject at a residence on Lipscomb Spur reported hearing someone in her carport jiggling the door knob. This is reportedly the second time in the last month this has occurred. Area checked. No contact made with anyone.
Zone 4
Firearms – Firearms reportedly discharged in the area of Peters Cemetery Rd. Area checked. Negative contact.
Suspicious Person – A suspicious male was reportedly at the intersection of Waverly Way and Doster Ave. He was gone upon the deputies arrival.
Loud Music – Loud music was reported on Parker Dr. in Green Acres. Area checked. No contact with loud music in the area.
Zone 5
Entering Auto – Subject on Fisher Dr. reported three vehicles entered. Incident occurred on 06/10/15.
Theft Report – A blue, Tony Hawk bicycle was reportedly taken from the front yard of a residence on Brookhaven Dr. Incident occurred during the night hours.
Theft Report – 900 pieces (3 barrels worth) of anchor bolts were taken from the New Loganville School Construction site between 5:00 p.m. on 06/13/15 and 6:30 a.m. on 06/14/15.
Theft Report – Two bicycles were reportedly taken from the side of a residence on Brookhaven Dr. Incident occurred between 06/06/15 and 06/14/15.
Arrest – Taylor Jordan was arrested for Battery and Cruelty to Children 3rd degree following a dispute on Rosewood Way.
Zone 6
Road Rage – A verbal dispute occurred between two women at Mr. Jeff’s on Hwy 81. One subject reportedly blew the horn at the other subject because she was not moving forward at the traffic light.
Theft Report – Prescription medication was reportedly taken from a residence on Rabbit Farm Rd. Subject suspected his ex-girlfriend. Subject went to ex-girlfriend’s residence located and retrieved medication.
Firearms – Firearms reportedly discharged in the area of Holly Ridge Dr. Contact made with subject. Subject was advised not to shoot in a residential area.
Extra Patrol – Extra patrol was requested on Thompson Rd. in reference to speeding vehicles.
Stolen Vehicle – A 2000 Harley Davidson was stolen between 1:30 a.m. 06/12/15 and 3:45 p.m. on 06/13/15 from a residence on Hwy 20.
Trespassing – Walton County deputies responded to Rock Quarry two separate times. Subjects were gone upon deputies arrival.
Trespassing - Five subjects escorted from the Rock Quarry and given criminal trespass warnings following a complaint from subject at a residence on Golden Meadows Ln in Golden Meadows Subdivision.
Arrest – Adam Oltmann was arrested for DUI in the area of Hwy 81 and Tom Brewer Rd. following a traffic stop.
Arrest – Benjamin Scott was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of Walton County at a residence on Wilmington Way.
Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm at a residence on Southern Hills Dr. three different times. Residence checked. Everything okay.
Trespassing – Subjects were trespassing at Rock Quarry. Multiple subjects left on foot upon deputy’s arrival.
Burglary – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm call at the Citgo on Hwy 20. Entry had been made to the store. Nothing taken.
Zone 7
Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Centerhill Church Rd. and Emmett Still Rd. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance. One citation issued for Driving while Unlicensed.
Trespassing – Subject reported her grandson was on location at a residence on By Pass Rd. after being issued a criminal trespass warning.
Juvenile Problem – Two juveniles were reportedly placing boulders in the roadway in the area of Kathleen Ln. The juveniles were identified and the parents of the juveniles were talked to. The juveniles were warned not to do it again.
Extra Patrol – Extra patrol was requested in the area of Rowe Rd. in reference to car horns being sounded between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m.
