Bankruptcy Attorney Matthew A. Lettich opens law firm
The Lettich Law Firm, LLC representing consumers

After practicing law for the last 6 years, attorney Matthew A. Lettich has opened his own practice in Gwinnett County, The Lettich Law Firm, LLC, as of June 1, 2015. Mr. Lettich spent most his 6 years practicing in the fields of bankruptcy and debt collection, representing consumers, lenders, and bankruptcy trustees. Mr. Lettich started his practice with the intention of returning to representing consumers in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy and debt collection defense, but is also eagerly entering the fields of immigration, business formation and transactions, real estate, family law, and probate, including wills, trusts, and estates.
Prior to opening his practice, Mr. Lettich had worked in Lawrenceville, Georgia as an associate attorney to J. Wynn Pelham, who had practiced law for nearly 40 years, prior to Mr. Pelham’s retirement in 2011. Mr. Lettich has said “I left work each day proudly knowing that I was giving a helping hand to hard-working, honest individuals who had fallen on hard times and were merely looking for a second chance and a fresh start.”
However, upon Mr. Pelham’s retirement, Mr. Lettich, in the name of obtaining a wider variety of experience began representing lenders. ”Obviously, lenders and creditors have rights, and I’m very proud of my work as a creditor attorney,” Mr. Lettich said, ”however my passion remained with representing consumers, which is why I decided to start up my own practice this year.”
