Funeral Service Announced for Jacob Little of Monroe

Visitation and the funeral service for the Monroe Area High School student will be held on Aug. 31.

Funeral arrangements have been announced for Monroe Area High School student Jacob Little, 16.

Jacob was struck and killed in a hit-and-run on Tuesday, Aug. 27, as he was skateboarding to school.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, Aug. 31, from 12- 2 p.m. at Chapel of Meadows Funeral Home, according to notice posted on the Justice for Jacob Little Facebook Page.  The funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. and interment at Salem United Methodist Church Cemetery.

A memorial fund has been established at Wells Fargo Bank.
