Meet our Family of the Month; A Trusted Partnership with Parents

The Scruggs family is Jake, Rachel and Peyton (infant classroom). They also have two dogs, Myles and Lilly (Peyton’s best buds)!

As a family they enjoy walking and jogging with the stroller, enjoying the backyard while playing with the dogs and swinging.

Their most exciting family experience was their very first one – Peyton’s arrival! Peyton decided to arrive three weeks early - right in the middle of the big snow storm on January 28th. They rushed through the snow to the hospital and made it in time. They were pretty isolated at the hospital, with few employees on staff and difficult road conditions for visitors. Peyton is truly a snow baby!

When searching for child care for Peyton, Rachel knew that Primrose could provide a great early childhood education and foundation. After all, she had prior experience as a Primrose employee during high school and college.
