Carolyn S. Hammond, age 79 of Monroe, GA passed away on Sunday, June 28, 2015.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at 1:00 PM in the Loganville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home. Minister Don Hardison will officiate. Interment will follow at Corinth Memorial Gardens.

She had a love for traveling. Mrs. Hammond is survived by; Husband of 61 years: John T. Hammond; Daughters: Mary Hammond, Kathy Hammond, both of Monroe; Sisters: Betty Cook, Eatonton, Cheryl Walden, Kennesaw; Several Nieces & Nephews.
The family would like to thank an extensive support group of doctors, home health professionals & friends for the support provided to them during her lengthy illness.
