Monroe Employer Hiring Office Personnel

A Monroe employer is hiring a receptionist/office personnel. This is a part-time position, and the employee will manage all incoming phone calls and/or forward on to the appropriate person, greet all incoming visitors, and, if necessary, notify appropriate person, process accounts payable into a financial system, assist a traffic manager with shipping documents, process raw material received and FGs produced into financial system, and post receipts, shipments and payments into EXCEL spreadsheets.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, an understanding of Microsoft products, Excel, Word and Outlook, and entry-level knowledge of accounts payable.
