More Arrests at Safety Checks: Sheriff's Calls

Zone 1
Vehicle Accident- Deputies responded to an accident in the area of Highway 138 and HD Atha Road. No life threatening issues. Georgia State Patrol handled the scene of the accident.

Arrest- Pamela Hammack was arrested at a residence off Spruce Lane for Deposit Account Fraud.

Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Highway 83 and Clearwater Drive. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance.

• Arrest- Fredrick Fears was arrested for Possession of Crack Cocaine, Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce and Possession of Drug Related Objects following a safety check.
• Arrest- Jermaine Holland was arrested for Driving While Unlicensed following a safety check.
• Arrest- Ardreacus Robertson was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of Madison Police Department following a safety check.

Zone 4
Prowler- A residence in the area of Dry Pond Road caller reported and unknown subject was knocking on their windows at the residence. Deputies checked the area, no contact.

Zone 5
Burglary- A residence on Mountain Creek Church Road was burglarized and money was taken from the residence. Extra patrol was requested in reference to the incident.

Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Bay Creek Church Road and Old Zion Cemetery. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance.

Vehicle Accident- Deputies responded to an accident in the area of Highway 81. No injuries. Georgia State Patrol handled the scene of the accident.

Arrest- Steven Ginn was arrested off Highway 20 for Aggravated Sodomy.

Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Centerhill Church Road and Green Road. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance.

Zone 7
Arrest- Eric Mundy Jr. was arrested in the area of Youth Jersey Road and Broadnax Mill Road for Driving Under the Influence, Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce and Expired Tag following a traffic stop.

Arrest- Sharon Garner was arrested in the area of Highway 78 for an outstanding warrant out of Barrow County following a disabled vehicle call.

Suspicious Person- A residence in the area of North Sharon Church Road complainant reported two subjects walking through the woods near their residence.

Suspicious Person- A residence in the area of Blue Springs Drive homeowner reported a late model black 4 door Ford F150 occupied by a white male stopped in front of their residence and was taking picture. Deputies checked the area, no contact.

Extra Patrol- Extra patrol was requested in the area of Rowe Road in reference to a suspicious car with a loud muffler in the area in the late evening and early morning hours.

Stolen Vehicle- A residence in the area of Harris Rockmore Road complainant reported an unknown person took their 2000 Club Golf Cart from the driveway in the midafternoon hours.

Entering Auto- A business in the area of Forrester Cemetery Road motorist reported that an unknown subject had taken tools from their work vehicle.
