Road Rage, Child Molestation and More Walton County Sheriff's Office Alerts

Zone 1
 
Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm on Kari Brook Rd. in Laurel Gate subdivision. The homeowner was found on location when deputies arrived.
 
Theft – A golf cart was taken from a residence on H D Atha Rd. The golf cart is described as brown with a tan top and white seats. Two deer head stickers are on the front quarter panels.
 
 
Zone 2
 
Agency Assist – Walton County deputies assisted Monroe Police department with an incident at Walmart in Monroe. A subject was arrested and charged with two counts of Simple Battery.
 
Fire Assist – A fire occurred at a residence on Monroe Jersey Rd. No one was on location at the time of the fire.
 
 
Zone 3
 
Extra Patrol – A white Chevrolet 2500 pickup truck was reportedly speeding and driving recklessly on Pannell Rd. @ Hester Town Rd.
 
Extra Patrol – An unknown person(s) attempted to steal a horse statue from a residence on Jacks Creek Rd. Extra patrol requested.
 
 
Zone 4
 
Found Property – An iPhone was found on Doster Avenue in Green Acres subdivision.
 
Road Rage – A white male with a beard was involved in an altercation with a female driver while riding on Shoal Creek Rd. and Gratis Rd. The male subject was not found. His vehicle was described as a dark teal, Ford truck.
 
Entering Auto – A firearm was reportedly taken from a vehicle located at the Gratis Community building.
 
 
Zone 5
 
Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm on Aaron Court in the Crestview subdivision. The owner was notified and the residence was resecured.
 
Juvenile Complaint – Juveniles were reportedly in the area of Arbor Rd. ringing door bells then running away.
 
Damaged to Property – A vehicle was vandalized on Arbor Court. The car was saran wrapped and covered in easy cheese. Extra patrol was requested.
 
 
Zone 6
 
Extra Patrol – A spotlight was observed at a construction site on Kristen Lane in the Falls at Rocky Branch. Extra patrol was requested.
 
Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Hwy 81 @ Gum Creek Church Rd. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance and registration.
 
Arrest – A subject was arrested at a residence on Dogwood Dell for Theft by receiving.
 
 
Zone 7
 
Arrest – A subject was arrested at a mobile home on Youth Monroe Rd. and charged with child molestation.
