Fraud- A residence in the area of Social Circle Fairplay Road complainant reported an unknown person contacted them claiming to be from a law firm and requesting money.

Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Highway 11 and Whitney Road. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance.
Arrest in Reference to Safety Check:

• Manuel Castillo was arrested for an outstanding Failure to Appear warrant out of Conyers Police Department.

Zone 3
Arrest- Jerome Peters was arrested at a residence off Laboon Road for an outstanding Burglary warrant out of Monroe Police Department.

Theft- A residence in the area of Navaho Trail complainant reported items missing from their residence.

Extra Patrol- Extra Patrol was requested in the area of Cheek Road in reference to an unknown subject approaching complainant about possible yardwork.

Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Highway 83. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance.
Arrest in Reference to Safety Check:

• Angela Collinsoworth was arrested for Driving While License Suspended and an outstanding Failure to Appear warrant out of Athens-Clarke County.

Trespassing- Jonathan Malcom and Billy Peppers were issued Trespass warnings in the area of Ponderosa Trail.

Zone 5
Stolen Vehicle- A business in the area of Highway 11 complainant reported a 1983 GMC stolen from location. Vehicle was entered on the national database.

Vehicle Accident- Deputies responded to an accident in the area of Turnberry Place. No injuries. Walton County Sheriff’s Office handled the scene of the accident.

Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on North Sharon Church Road and Skyline Drive. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance.

Agency Assist

• Deputies assisted Monroe Police Department in the area of G.W. Carver Drive in reference to a subject who fled from a traffic stop.
• Deputies assisted Monroe Police Department at a business in the area of West Vine Street to arrest Michael Miller in reference to an outstanding Probation Violation warrant out of Walton County Sheriff’s Office.

Arrest- Evan Frost was arrested in the area of Jewel Ridge for Driving Under the Influence/Underage Drinking following a trespassing complainant.

Zone 2
Agency Assist- Deputies assisted Monroe Police Department in the area of Davis Street in reference to a violent fight in the area.

Zone 3
Arrest- Aaron Gaither was arrested at a residence off Laboon Road for Disorderly Conduct following a dispute.

Zone 4
Damage to Property- A residence in the area of Parker Drive homeowner reported an unknown subject ran into their mailbox causing extensive damage.

Agency Assist- Deputies assisted Monroe Police Department in the area of Tanglewood in reference to gun shots fired.

Arrest- Brandon Houston was arrested at a residence off Highway 11 for Simple Battery, Criminal Trespass, Reckless Conduct and Interfering with a 911 Call following a dispute.

Arrest- Rodriguez Brown was arrested in the area of Highway 78 and New Hope Church Road for Driving Under the Influence following a traffic stop.

Stolen Vehicle- A business in the area of Highway 78 complainant reported a Lime Green 70CC Mini Dirt Bike stolen from location.

Arrest- Jeremy Frick was arrested in the area of Highway 78 and New Hope Church Road for Driving Under the Influence following a traffic stop.

Entering Auto- At a business off Highway 138 motorist reported their vehicle was entered while they were inside the business but nothing appeared to be taken.

Armed Robbery- In the area of Highway 186 and Jones Woods Road complainant reported they gave a ride to two black males claiming their vehicle was out of gas. When they arrived the males subject demanded money and threatened to douse complainant with gasoline. Complainant reported telling the suspects they didn’t have any money and the suspects doused the vehicle with gasoline and set it on fire.
SUSPECTS: Reported to have left driving a blue Honda Accord with cardboard “tag applied for” tag. One large in stature black male with dreadlocks and a pit-bull tattoo on his right arm and other male average stature with short wavy hair and tattoos covering his left arm. Both males were reported to have been wearing a blue pants and blue shirt type uniform with C&C Packaging Logo. Incident being investigated by Criminal Investigations Division.

Suspicious Vehicle- In the area of Piney Brook Drive complainant reported an unknown vehicle was unoccupied and parked in the area. Deputies checked the area, no contact with the owner.

Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Miller Bottom Road and Flagstone Way. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance.

Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Calude Brewer Road and Annslee Circle. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance.

• Christopher Jenkins was arrested for Driving Under the Influence, Driving While License Suspended, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Controlled Substance.
• Nicholas Harrison was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Controlled Substance.
• Ahry Estrada was cited for Driving While License Suspended.
• John Cebuly was cited for No License on Person.

Loud Music- In the area of North Sharon Church Road complainant reported hearing loud music. Deputies checked the area and made contact with a large party with underage drinking. Lisa Winget was cited for Disorderly House.

Juvenile Problem- In the area of Wilmington Way complainant reported juveniles were ringing their doorbell. Deputies checked the area, no contact.

Arrest- Janice Jackson was arrested at a residence in the area of Valley Drive in reference to an outstanding warrant out of Newton County.

Juvenile Problem- In the area of Pebble Place complainant reported several juveniles in the area causing a disturbance. Deputies checked the area, contact was made with the juveniles and they were turned over to their parents.

Loud Music/Juvenile Problem- In the area of Highway 81 complainant reported hearing loud music in the area. Deputies checked the area and made contact with several juvenile camping and admitted to consuming alcohol. Juveniles turned over to their parents.
