Tim Locke was Monroe's fastest runner in the annual Peachtree Road Race, held Thursday, July 4, in Atlanta.

More than 55,000 runners participated in the annual 10-kilometer race down Peachtree Street.

According to results posted on the Atlanta Track Club's website, Locke ran the race in a time of 38 minutes, 14 seconds, which was 276th overall.
