Concert, Fireworks Friday in Norcross
Join the city of Norcross for a concert and fireworks Aug. 30, 2013.
The last concert in Norcross' Summer Series is this Friday, Aug. 30, and it will be complete with fireworks postponed by rain in July.
"AIA - The Jimmy Buffet Tribute Band" will play on stage in Thrasher Park. Picnics and coolers are encouraged, but no glass is allowed.
Also, at this event, the city will be accepting canned goods for families in need. be sure to drop them off at the stage.
The concert and fireworks are free. Festivities begin at 7:30 p.m. with the concert in Thrasher Park.
Those wishing to view fireworks are directed to gather at Lillian Webb Park. Fireworks are expected to begin shortly after 9:30 p.m.
