Dirty South Derby Girls Hosting Scrimmage-a-Thon Event in Norcross

Well, here's your chance.
The Dirty South Derby Girls are hosting workshops and a scrimmage-a-thon here in Norcross on Oct. 12 at the Atlanta Rollergirls practice space. (Address is
1721 Wilwat Drive.)
Insured skaters who have home leagues are eligible to participate in the day.
Workshops will focus on specific jamming and blocking skills, followed by scrimmages based on skill level. Prices range from $10-$20 for individual event tickets.
"Most Valuable Players" from the scrimmages will get an additional 30-minute scrimmage vs the Atlanta Rollergirls' Jukes of Hazzard.
The day will end with a scrimmage against the Dirty South Derby Girls.
The fun starts at 11 a.m., and is expected to end at 9 p.m.
