Inspections: Sausage Package on Floor, Seafood at Wrong Temperature and More

These recent food inspection scores range from "A" to "B".

Following is a list of five Norcross-area restaurants which have been inspected recently by the Gwinnett County's Board of Health.

Officials inspect restaurants every six months and grade them based on extensive criteria. Restaurants are required to prominently display these reports.

Comments: Rice noodles, pork, and shrimp were above 41 degrees. Tripe placed on drain board of warewashing sink to thaw at room temperature for one hour. Scoops had handles buried in bulk products.
