Norcross Blue Devils Ease Past Mountain View

Jamir Billings scored two touchdowns, and Jacob Gassert also added a TD run for Norcross High School in Friday’s surprisingly close 19-7 win over Mountain View.

The two-time defending state champion Blue Devils trailed 7-0 before scoring three times over the next two quarters, according to the Gwinnett Daily Post’s report.

The Blue Devils are now 3-1 overall, 1-0 in Class 6A, Region 7. North Gwinnett, Peachtree Ridge and Mill Creek also are 1-0 in the region.

Norcross hosts Duluth next Friday.
