Norcross High Football Team Ranks No. 1 in Class 6A

Defending large-school state champion Norcross High School is No. 1 in Class 6A in the first state high school football rankings released by Georgia High School Football Daily (ghsfdaily.com).

Greater Atlanta Christian is ranked No. 4 in Class 2A.

The rankings are compiled in conjunction with the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Norcross hosts Booker T. Washington, Fla., Saturday, Aug. 24 for its season opener. GAC plays Friday, Aug. 23 at Stone Mountain.
