Norcross Makes MaxPreps 2013 Preseason 'Fab 5' in Georgia
Norcross High football team is ranked as No. 1 going into the new season.
Norcross High is sitting pretty at the top of MaxPreps preseason "Fab 5."
MaxPreps released the top 5 football programs earlier this week. In its ranking, MaxPreps said:
"Last year Norcross simply dominated its competition en route to a dream season. With plenty returning from last year’s squad, a national title is within sights.
"Superb defensive end Lorenzo Carter leads a loaded defense that also features Tennessee recruit Kevin Mouhon. The offense boasts dynamic athlete Myles Autry. The entire offensive line returns, including 320-pound Horatio Walker.
"Transfer A.J. Bush could be the man at quarterback."
In addition to Norcross, there was was another Gwinnett County football team on the list -- North Gwinnett High in Suwanee. It was listed as No. 5.
