14-Year-Old Driver Likely to Face Charges in Fatal DeKalb Crash
Two 14-year-old boys were reportedly in a speeding, stolen car that crashed Sunday, killing one of the youths.

A 14-year-old driver faces charges after his stolen vehicle crashed into oncoming traffic, killing a passenger, Sunday afternoon, DeKalb Police say.
The crash happened about 1 p.m. Sunday on Rock Chapel Road near Rockbridge Road. The driver was seriously injured and his 14-year-old passenger died in the three-vehicle crash. Police say the injured were taken to Grady Memorial Hospital.
DeKalb Police say the teenagers were in a stolen Chrysler Sebring.

Authorities told WSB the 14-year-old driver was speeding and driving recklessly when the Sebring jumped a median on Rock Chapel Road and collided with an oncoming car.
Neighbors told WSB TV they have repeatedly asked county leaders to have a traffic light installed in the area to slow traffic.

Police will not release the names of the boys since they are minors. The teen driver is facing charges, but DeKalb Police will not specify what they are.
