2 Arrests Made in Northlake Apartment Complex Rape

DEKALB COUNTY, GA -- Two people have been arrested in a sexual assault and robbery at the Atlas Lavista Hills apartment complex that happened earlier this month.

Jaquan Lemon, 27, and Tori Riascos, 21, are facing charges in the attack, reports Channel 2 Action News.

DeKalb Public Safety Director Cedric Alexander says the duo may have committed other similar crimes.

The victim said she was parking her car in the apartment's garage when the attacker came up behind her, pointed a gun at her head and demanded money.

After the attacker took her money, phone and car keys, he forced his way into the car and raped her.

The apartment complex notified residents of the crime.
