Bluegrass Sunday: A High Lonesome Mass at Shallowford Pres.

During 11:00 am worship on Sunday, May 12, 2019 we invite you to hear special music provided by the Chuck Nation Band, the “accompaniment” for a new work entitled the “High Lonesome Mass”, which is a mash-up of the traditional Latin Mass and Bluegrass music. This 30-minute work features three familiar tunes: Brethren We Have Met to Worship, Do Lord, and What Wondrous Love is This. An interesting and fresh concept, the work features banjo player Timothy Sharp.
