The time is now to “wow” your special someone this Valentine’s Day, with a reservation to wine and dine at BLT Steak. Make plans on Saturday, February 14, for a romantic meal created by Chef de Cuisine Matt Ratcliffe, accompanied by the perfect bottle of wine – or two – from Sommelier/General Manager JC Shurts.
Start your evening with everyone’s favorite culinary aphrodisiac, Grilled Oysters, served the BLT Steak way with Tasso Ham, Creamed Collard Greens and Herbed Bread Crumbs. Next, cut into a perfectly-cooked 48 Day Dry-Aged 12oz Delmonico Steak with Red Wine Bone Marrow Butter, paired with a side of Truffle Pomme Macaire with freshly-grated Parmesan. To top off your decadent dinner date, indulge in a Flourless Chocolate Cake served with Espresso Cream and Chocolate Meringue. Want to impress your guest even more? Sommelier/General Manager JC Shurts will be on hand to provide his knowledge on exquisite wine pairings for each course.
If cocktails are more your style, ask for the BLT Greyhound made with Finlandia Vodka, Fresh Ruby Grapefruit, Tarragon Cointreau and Fresh Lime Juice or try an Espresso Martini with Espresso, Hangar One Vodka, Bailey’s and Crème de Cacao.
